Workplace Safety and Operational Solutions

About the Founder: Regina Milton, M.S.

Regina Milton is a strategic operations leader specializing in operational systems, workplace safety, and organizational effectiveness. She has developed and supported operations across high-performing environments, including Casper Sleep on Melrose and High Wide & Handsome, where she serves as Operations Manager. At High Wide & Handsome, Regina independently developed and led the company-wide implementation of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program in compliance with California SB 553. She designed the prevention plan, created internal reporting and response procedures, developed supporting documentation, coordinated employee training, and established processes that integrated workplace violence prevention into daily operations. Following executive review and approval, she successfully launched the program across the organization.

Recognizing that workplace safety extends beyond a traditional office environment, Regina expanded the program to support employee workdays and creative production operations across studio, photo shoot, and on-location environments. She developed operational safety procedures that addressed the unique risks associated with creative productions, including employees, freelancers, vendors, talent, clients, and visitors, ensuring consistent safety standards across every work environment.

Regina holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business, with a focus on strategic planning, change management, and operational decision-making. She also holds a degree in Communications – Public Relations from California State University, Los Angeles, equipping her with the ability to connect people, processes, and purpose across dynamic organizations.

In her current role, Regina leads cross-functional operations within a creative agency, supporting teams across account management, production, copywriting, content, and finance. She oversees internal systems, procurement, onboarding, vendor relationships, expense management, facilities, and studio operations while partnering closely with IT, HR, and executive leadership. She manages the operational planning and coordination of creative production operations, ensuring teams, vendors, equipment, workspaces, and production environments are organized, compliant, and positioned for successful execution. Her work focuses on modernizing workflows, improving efficiency, strengthening workplace safety, and reducing operational friction across every stage of business operations.

Regina specializes in designing and implementing structured systems that drive both organizational performance and employee experience. From building scalable onboarding frameworks and developing standard operating procedures to implementing workplace violence prevention programs, streamlining communication, and strengthening compliance, her approach is both strategic and practical, ensuring solutions are not only effective but sustainable.

Designed to support efficiency, compliance, and long-term organizational success—where operations meets workplace safety.
